MACE AV TOWN HOMES
Mace Avenue Town Homes is comprised of four individual townhomes with two unique unit types. Materiality, scale, proportioning, street sidewalk engagement, and repetition were carefully studied and organized into a simple, repetitive response. The clean white palette and modern style are in sharp contrast with the more traditional houses in this West Asheville neighborhood.
